The Chair Maker Archive is a unique library of classic reproductions from most of the great periods of English furniture. Although not part of the current Chair Maker range and only made to order these chairs and sofas represent the very best of their kind. The frames are almost always patterned from originals, constructed with original techniques and come in a variety of leathers, fabrics and polishes. The Archive is continually expanding as more images become available, they are all displayed in black and white for unity, differentiation from the main site and so that the mixture of coverings are not a distraction from the form. Although the archive is intended mainly as a trade resource any interested party is welcome to peruse and use it as they wish. |
